Description
Herbal Liqueur Ruavieja is a traditional Galician liqueur . How is liqueur made? It is made from various selected herbs that are macerated into high quality schnapps. Its slow distillation gives it a crystal clear and pure appearance. It is made by the Licores Ruavieja distillery, founded by the Rodríguez Ovalle family in Santiago de Compostela in 1889. The family has kept the secret of their herbal liqueur recipes for four generations. The company is one of the most important producers of orujos and Galician schnapps of the highest quality.
Intense, yellowish hues with greenish shimmer. Balsamic, very aromatic bouquet with a strong aroma of mint, menthol and chamomile. Fresh, sweet and mild on the palate with a herbal taste. Long, spicy finish. It is recommended to serve this herbal liqueur in a wide glass with ice and stir gently to fully bring out the flavor of its ingredients. Alcohol content: 30 °.
