The Crema Ruavieja is a delicious, creamy "orujo" liqueur (marc in German). Its recipe follows the authentic tradition of regional distillation, and the recipe requires the use of high-quality ingredients: grape pomace brandy, coffee extract, caramel, cocoa and milk.
The result is a beige cream with aromas of cocoa, caramel, roasted coffee and light praline notes that seduce with their sweetness, balance and pleasant fatness.
All of this makes the Ruavieja cream the perfect choice for an after-meal dessert and digestif. It should be served cold with ice in a large round glass.
