Description

The orujo schnapps Ruavieja is made by distillation from specially selected pomace schnapps. It belongs to the Ruavieja distillery, which was founded in Santiago de Compostela in 1889, when the Rodríguez Ovalle family invented the secret recipe used to make their Galician orujos and brandies, which has been passed down for 4 generations. Today Ruavieja is a real figurehead of the Galician orujos.

Crystal clear color. Intense bouquet with aromas of fresh herbs. Fresh and slightly sweet on the palate. It is recommended to serve this strong liquor very cold in a small liqueur glass and stir it gently to bring out its taste to the full. Alcohol content: 42 °.
