Region: | Mallorca is the largest island in the Balearic Islands with around 36,000 km2. Due to the mild Mediterranean climate with dry summers, very short winters and an annual rainfall of approx. 550 liters as well as generous, year-round sunshine, there are very good conditions for viticulture. Two DO areas comprise around 90 percent of the Mallorcan wine-growing region: Binissalem (around 400 ha) in the center and Pla i Llevant (around 250 ha) in the eastern part. |

Manufacture : | Grapes and individual berries are carefully selected from the oldest vineyards of the autochthonous grape variety Mantonegro, which has amazing potential and brings a lot of fruit and warmth. It is complemented by more structured grape varieties such as Syrah, Cabernet and Merlot. Long maceration, fermentation in steel tanks, protein enhancement, fermentation at low temperatures, no filtration. Aging in partly new and partly used barriques for 12 months. |
