Sealing machine with manual operation from the Hendi brand, for all common tray types on the catering market. Universally applicable for many different bowl and mug sizes. Easy exchange of the die to adapt to the most common container sizes. Sealing process of only 1-3 seconds. Particularly easy to use. Designed for use in all types of hospitality establishments. Sealing of the most common shell types on the market with optional matrices. Sturdy and durable stainless steel construction. Lid with spring mechanism for easy and safe opening. The sealing process is almost effortless, resistance is minimal through the use of bearings and special lubricants. The pressure absorber ensures a reliable seal and prevents packaging from crumpling. Insulated handle made of resistant plastic. Automatic guillotine with a safety knife in a specially designed case - the cutting takes place directly behind the sealed container in a special bar (Air-Cut technology). The practical film feed with tensioning device prevents the film from rolling up. The sealing surface has a titanium coating that prevents the film from sticking and allows for a quick seal in about 1-3 seconds (depending on the thickness of the film). Powerful heating elements reduce the heating-up time, which is approx. 8-10 minutes after start-up until it is fully operational. Rotary knob with precise adjustment of the sealing temperature from 50-210°C. Colored LEDs to monitor device operation. Overheat Lockout, Overheat Protection, Illuminated Safety Switch. Non-slip feet stabilize the device during operation and protect the worktop from scratches. Sealing of trays up to a tray size of 235x190x(H)155 mm and cups up to (H)170 mm. Maximum foil roll size: width 187 mm, ø170 mm - foil sold separately (970720). Equipped with an aluminum alloy die for containers 227x178 mm (805572), without division.
