The coffee specialist is equipped with a solid portafilter and 3 inserts for one cup of espresso, two cups or ESE pods. For a balanced aroma and a fine crema, the espresso is brewed at an ideal brewing pressure of 9-11 bar. Thanks to the pressure gauge, you can keep an eye on the pressure. Our tip for the perfect brewing result: Use fine, freshly ground espresso powder and use the tamper to press it evenly into the portafilter with enough pressure. For a single espresso you need approx. 7 g and for a double approx. 14 g espresso powder
