Description

These ovens are the way to go if you want delicious baked goods, crunchy vegetables, flavorful roasts and poultry or want to prepare perfectly steamed fish. Housing and chamber are made of high quality stainless steel, the chamber is equipped with a drain in the floor. The powerful 6-blade fan can rotate at two speeds (1400/2800 rpm), resulting in ideal air distribution in the chamber and preventing internal turbulence. The fan motor has double bearings and has an output of 250 W. The timer can be set for up to 120 minutes and the temperature up to 260˚C. The door features two layers of glass with space for gravity ventilation, keeping the outer glass cool to the touch. The exterior glazing can be removed for easier cleaning. The door seal is mounted in the chamber and is removable for easy cleaning and replacement. Chamber content of 4 trays (450x340mm), the tray guides are arranged 75mm apart. Manual control panel, two knobs for temperature and time. Equipped with 1 non-reversible fan. Weight: 35 kg.
