Producer :	In 1947 the Berta distillery was founded as a small family business. The business acumen and the innovative ability of the founder Paolo Berta enabled strong growth. Paolo had the then daring idea of having a grappa stored in wooden barrels. This is how the Paolo Berta Riserva del Fondatore, which is still impressive today, was created. This Berta-Grappa is known as the flagship of the family business. In the meantime, the family has made a name for itself internationally. Numerous Berta grappas are available in restaurants all over the world. The expansion in new barriques gives each Berta Grappa a unique aroma. The responsibility at Berta today lies with the sons Chicco and Gian - the second generation. The next generation is also ready. The history of the family and Grappi Berta will probably continue for a long time - luckily!

Manufacture :	Barbera, Nebbiolo and Cabernet Sauvignon are aged in French barriques for ten years.
Degustationsnotiz:	Light amber color with a wonderful bouquet of stone fruit, apricots, exotic fruits, a hint of cherry, roasted almonds and vanilla with a velvety soft finish.
