- The Vivanco Crianza comes from the upper area of the Rio Ebro in the Rioja.
- The fermentation takes place in small French oak barrels for 16 months.
- After aging in the barriques, the wine remains in the bottle for at least 6 months.
- This Crianza is very fresh, fruity and modern.
- The color is clear, pure cherry red.
- On the nose pleasantly fine with fruity aromas.
- There are nice spicy liquorice notes on the palate.
- Ideal with Spanish tapas such as sheep or goat cheese and chorizo, jamon or other dried meat.
