Fever is a warning signal of the body that should be recognized and heeded. Because, as a rule, it is the measurable symptom of a disease. The TM-65E infrared thermometer from Medisana is a useful aid for monitoring your own health in order to detect a fever. The thermometer shows the precisely measured temperature in seconds on its large, illuminated LCD display. You can choose between displaying the result in degrees Celsius and degrees Fahrenheit. If the measured body temperature is below 38 degrees Celsius (100.4 Fahrenheit), a smiling face appears in the display of the TM-65E and a beep is emitted. If the temperature is the same or higher, a sad face appears, it beeps three times and the signal LED lights up red.

Precise Infrared Measurement

With the clinical thermometer TM-65E, you can measure the body temperature without contact and error-free using infrared technology by holding the device to your forehead at a distance of 0.5 to three centimeters. So you can z. B. measure the temperature of babies without disturbing them during sleep.

State-of-the-art infrared technology with practical additional functions

In addition to measuring body temperature, you can also use the infrared thermometer to check the temperature of objects (e.g. baby bottles) and liquids (e.g. bath water). The device can also measure the ambient temperature.

Automatic switch-off

Once the measurement has taken place, the device switches itself off automatically after 30 seconds. Thanks to its automatic storage function, it also remembers the last 30 measured values.
