A journey to the heart of the "Tierras Sagradas" of Galicia, where essence, history, culture and the earth are revived is essential. In addition, the well-known production techniques for the best Albariño on yeast, the magical wormwood herb that is essential for the recipe, and above all the knowledge of the ancestors about the maceration process are used again on this trip.
St. Petroni Rojo 1L is made after a careful selection of the best Albariño vintages from the Padrón Valley , an area with a unique microclimate. The pressing on yeast makes it possible to achieve a different character, both in terms of aromas and flavors, and in terms of the texture of the base of the wine on which this excellent vermouth is based.
Finally, the herbs collected from the wayside must be added that give the St. Petroni Rojo 1L its fantastic aromas: wormwood, bay leaves, lemon verbena, mint, rosemary, thyme, sage and lemon balm, sweet and bitter orange peel, lemon pulp and hibiscus flowers , Chamomile ...
