Region | Prosecco was once the name of a grape variety that winegrowers pressed throughout Italy. But since 2009, the Prosecco grape is no longer called Prosecco by decree, but "Glera" and the term Prosecco is a protected designation of origin. This means that only wine from certain regions may be called Prosecco. There are two levels of quality: D.O.C. means Denominazione di Origine Controllata. This Prosecco comes from 9 areas in the northern Italian regions of Veneto and Friuli. D.O.C.G. stands for Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita. This sparkling wine comes from the historic core area of Prosecco around the towns of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene in the hinterland of Venice. |

production | The Naonis Spumante Brut Cuvée Jadér is made from grapes from the best vineyards, chosen according to exact rules. The base wine is fermented with selected and regional yeasts at controlled temperature. At the end of fermentation, the stabilization and filtration process follows. After filtration, the wine is bottled and corked with state-of-the-art technical equipment. |
tasting note: | In color a bright straw yellow. In the nose an intense fragrance with a touch of fresh flowers and fine fruits. On the palate, the Spumante Brut Cuvée Jadér is fresh and aromatic. The perlage is fine and persistent. |
