Bei diesem besonderen Grappa ist die Produktion reine Handarbeit. Piemontesische Kastanien, die vorher geröstet und dann gehackt wurden, werden im besten Grappa eingelegt. So wird der Grappa natürlich aromatisiert. Nach dem Abfiltern der Kastanien kommt das Destillat für weitere fünf Jahre in Barriques welche von Hand aus Kastanienholz gefertigt wurden.Details
