Bei diesem besonderen Grappa ist die Produktion reine Handarbeit. Piemontesische Kastanien werden geröstet und gehackt und dann in besten Grappa eingelegt. So wird der Grappa natürlich aromatisiert. Nach dem Abfiltern der Kastanien kommt das Destillat für weitere fünf Jahre in Barriques welche von Hand aus Kastanienholz gefertigt wurden.Details
