The Ebano Salvaje comes from our oldest low, bushy vines that thrive on chalky, loamy soils.
It is the result of the improvement of our constant quality requirements.
After the hand-picked selection of the grapes in the last weeks of October, it comes for fermentation for almost 20 days at a controlled temperature of 25 -28 ° C.
After a maturation of at least 14 months in French oak barrels, it remains in the bodega for a few more months in bottle.
Intense dark colors with deep purple nuances.
Very strong and expressive on the nose.
Aromas of ripe, dark berries such as cherries and blackberries.
Wild and untamed on the palate, but with a distinctive structure.
Concentrated, round finish with full character.
