The Ebano 6 mainly comes from our wire-strengthened vines.
After selection of the grapes, it is put into stainless steel tanks for fermentation for almost 10 days at a controlled temperature of 27-28 ° C.
After maturing for at least 4 months in French oak barrels, it remains in the bodega for at least 2 months for bottle aging.
Intense dark colors with a purple edge reflect his youth.
