The special reconditioning program of the PRO25S for lead-acid batteries restores discharged batteries and reconditions exhausted batteries. The SUPPLY mode supports the battery during diagnostic work and troubleshooting. The device has low voltage and current ripples and is therefore safe for the sensitive vehicle electronics. It works fully automatically, is easy to operate and connect, and is spark-proof and reverse polarity protected to protect the user and the battery from damage. The design of the PRO25S stands for easy handling in workshops and salons. It is light and portable, but with its robust and impact-resistant housing, the device can withstand the toughest conditions.

STEP 2 SOFT START
Checks the battery's ability to charge. This step prevents the charging process from continuing if the battery is defective.

STEP 3 BULK
Charge with maximum current until approx. 80% of the battery capacity is reached.

STEP 4 ABSORPTION
Charging with a weak current until reaching up to 100% of the battery capacity.

STEP 5 ANALYSIS
Test of the charge retention of the battery. Batteries that cannot hold their charge must be replaced.

STEP 6 RECOND
Select the Recond program to insert the reconditioning step into the loading process. During
the reconditioning step, the voltage is increased in order to generate controlled gas formation in the battery. When the gas is formed, the battery acid is mixed, which gives the battery back energy.

STEP 7 FLOAT
The battery voltage is kept at its maximum value by charging it with constant voltage.

STEP 8 PULSE
The battery capacity is maintained at 95-100%. The charger monitors the battery voltage and gives a charging pulse as soon as necessary to keep the battery fully charged.
