The slicer is equipped with knife protection and an integrated knife sharpener. With protective cover as well as food holder and vertical lock. Possibility of quick and easy disassembly for cleaning. The device meets all safety requirements for devices for commercial use, i.e.: - By setting the rotary handle to cutting width '0', the blade is held behind its guard.

The slicer is secured against operation after removing the knife sharpener or the axle guard. - The device can only be locked and removed when the blade has been set to cutting width '0”. Not suitable for cutting cheese. The separately available Teflon-coated knives are required to cut cheese. Blade Diameter: 250mm Infinitely adjustable cutting thickness up to 15 mm.
