The hotel
We warmly welcome you to the Hotel am Schlossberg.
The restaurant
Our restaurant is open daily from 7 a.m. to midnight. We offer regional specialties as well as home-style and vegetarian delicacies. We also offer fish and game all year round. Regional cuisine and well-assorted wines can be served in up to 4 guest rooms with 20 to 100 seats. We will be happy to prepare your business dinner, family celebrations, wedding and end-of-year events. A cultural accompanying program can be planned according to your specifications.
The rooms
Our house has 43 rooms that have just been completely renovated. A lift allows easy access to three floors. They are equipped according to their circumstances and sizes and all have a shower or bath, toilet, hair dryer, cable TV, telephone, minibar and some have a balcony. A large sun terrace on the 1st floor is available for all rooms without a balcony. The hotel has double, single and triple rooms. In small suites, even higher holiday demands are met.
Wellness
A whirlpool, our new sauna area with a spacious relaxation room and massage chair and a Solarium give every guest, whether for a conference or on vacation, plenty of active recreational opportunities. In our sports and leisure area everything is available for an active vacation. Two saunas for hotel guests free of charge.
Leisure facilities in the hotel and in the surrounding area

- You will also find rowing and pedal boat rentals 200 m in front of the house
for a leisurely trip on the Saale. - We also offer many other leisure activities .
- A thermal bath and a leisure pool can be reached in less than 30 minutes
- A ski lift is 17 km from the hotel.
